Thanks for visiting the Federation of African American Civil Service Organizations, Inc.'s Website.

We extend our deep appreciation to our visitors, members, and friends.

It is most appropriate that we express our appreciation to our founding Federation members who charted the course for us to attain professional and economic advancement in the civil service system. We will continue charting the course for new members, grooming leaders to continue the struggle for the success of future civil servants.

Since 1955 the Federation has been committed to advancing the ideals of equality in Civil Service, to securing appointments of African Americans to policy-making positions in Civil Service agencies and to providing a support network for its members and potential civil servants who seek promotional and entry level opportunities. We must continue working in the struggle for economic advancement and social justice for all civil servants.
